AmeriRace Training Center is located just outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Quinlan, Texas.

Centrally located in the heart of southern racing country, the training center – formerly known as “Benchmark” – is located conveniently to all of the action.

Owned by two Air Force Veterans, AmeriRace strives for the excellence that is similarly instilled during the training of the American soldier.

Managed by Jimmy “Scooter” Dodwell (the former head trainer at Highlander and Diamond D), and a training team that has decades of collective experience in the racehorse industry, AmeriRace has the “know how” to get your horses ready to be champions.

Our 80-acre facility has the right infrastructure. We have a 5/8 dirt track, 76 stalls, 18 paddocks, hot walkers, and so much more.

In its history, innumerable champion racehorses have been trained at our center by some of the very training staff who now work for AmeriRace. Legendary recording artist, Toby Keith, had several of his horses trained at our facility before his untimely death. Overall, his entire slate earned him millions in purses during their time on the tracks. This is but one example of the excellence forged at our horse farm in Quinlan.
